Beatch construction LLC is a Residential Building and Remodeling Company providing quality craftsmanship in the Sioux Falls area. Charlie started the company in 1977 and in 2006 welcomed the addition of his son Jon into the company.


The company has the expertise to design, draw, and complete your project, whether it be new construction or remodeling. Our new construction consists of homes ranging from $175,000 to $600,000. Our remodel jobs consist of multiple additions, kitchens, baths, decks, garages, basement finishes, window replacements, re-shingling, and general maintenance repairs. Beatch Construction and their crew will work closely with their clients to guarantee that the end product reflects each client’s unique style and vision.

Charlie Beatch Is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR). With over 30 years of experience in both the residential building and remodeling industry. CGR stands for professionalism, experience and a commitment to quality . He started Beatch Construction in 1977 for his love of woodworking, the opportunity to share his ideas and quality craftsmanship with others, and the ability to take a project from planning stages to final completion. Charlie is an active member of the Home Builders Association on the local, state, and National levels. He was inducted into the Home Builders Hall of Fame, which recognizes and honors individuals who have made significant and lasting local, state, and national contributions to the housing industry. Charlie is also a Certified Green Professional (CGP), who will work with clients on energy efficiency and “green” building through new construction and remodeling.

Jon Beatch Is a Graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering. After college, he worked for a large commercial general contractor in Minneapolis, MN but missed the residential construction atmosphere he grew up in. In 2006 he joined Beatch Construction and has since taken over the majority of estimating while continuing to experience the “hands-on” aspects of the construction industry. Jon enjoys meeting clients and the challenge of a constantly evolving homebuilding industry.
